How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 3 business days of being placed.
During peak or sale periods, processing times may extend by up to 2 additional days.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your dispatch details.
Please note, any out of stock items could take longer for items to be placed.
What are your delivery timeframes?
Once your order has been placed, the delivery timeframes are subject to their capacity to meet the below timeframes.

Do you ship overseas?

What is the policy on returns and refunds?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund to your original payment method.
